<br />MIIWTES OF A I4TEETING OF THE PLANNING COMNIISSIOIV <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF . NORTH OLMSTED9 OHIO HELD 0N <br />JANUARY 15, 1950. <br />The meeting was called to order by F. Hatton m Chairman. <br />The following members were presente <br />F. Hatton9 0, Henninger, C. Ouiatt9 M. Stentz,, <br />A. Waite. <br />M. Stentz was appointed Secretary. <br />The problem of futux°e development of propeY°ty inaccessibl.e <br />to the prescnt roads was discussed. C. Orriatt advised that the <br />Regional Boatd of Planning, for a charge of not more tha.n $69000..Q0, <br />would make a survey and plot a map of the Village, adv5.sing the best <br />location for future development of streets9 schools, business, e tc. <br />All members felt that this would be worth aonsideration by the <br />Villageo <br />F. Hatton read a letter, dated Janm 5, 1950, from <br />Wm. H. Clarke, requesting that Lots 19 and 20 of the J. B. Lucey <br />Sttbdivision on Lorain Road be zoned for business. Aroll call was <br />taken, Hatton, yes; Henninger, Yes; Ov.iatt, yes; Stentz, yes; <br />Waite, Yes. Request'-was approved 5-0, and F. Hatton was requested <br />to infox°m the Village Council of the action taken by the Planning <br />C0I31Rl1SSlOTls F. Hatton presented a request made by IKr.
