Hatton, Chairanano <br />The following members were present. <br />F. Hatton, 0, Henninger, C. Oviatt, M. Sterntz and <br />A. Waite. <br />Mrs, DiVello requested permission to operate a Danish Pastry Shop <br />on their property., located a.t 3005 Clague Road. A motion was made <br />by Mr. Waite and seconded by Mr. Ova.att that the request be <br />refused," Yeas" Hatton, Henninger, Otriatt, Stentz, Waite. <br />Mr°. Berta appeared before the Planning Commission' requesting that <br />his permit to operate a private restaurant at 26331 Loxain `toad, <br />be changed to permit the operation of a Barber Shopo The Restaurarit <br />has not been in operation fo r over a year. It raas moved by IKre <br />Oviatt and seconded by Mr. Henninger, that permission not be <br />granted. "Yeas" Hatton, Henninger., Oviatt, Stentz., tiiaitev <br />Mr. J.
