Stentz, A. tiJaite. <br />The Planning Commission again considered Mro Ackerer°s request to have <br />- his property in Lorai.n Road rezoned for retail busi.nesso <br />.A motion was made by Mr. Waite and seconded by Mr. Oviatt that Mra <br />Ackerer1s property in Lorain Road be rezoned from residence to retail <br />business as follows, not to include barna <br />Situated in the Village of North 07.msted, County of CuJahoga <br />and State of Ohio, and 1moUm as beiiig part of Original Olmsted <br />Township Lot No, 219 in Tract No. 6' and bounded and described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning on the center line of I,oiair?
