Said 1,iayor and Clerk are <br />hQreby a,uthorized to enter into said contract under any terms <br />they may agree upon with said Village of Fairview, Ohio. <br />Tliis hereby declared to be an e?nergency measure, neces- <br />sary for the preservation of the public peace, health and welfare, <br />and to provide for the immediate furnishing of transportation <br />service to the citizens of Fairview Village, Uhio. <br />PASSED: December l, 1931• C.
