That no more cemeteries be established in the iTillage of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, and interments are hereby prohibited anywhere within <br />the limits of said village, except ir. che ttivo municipal cemeteries hereto- <br />fore established. <br />Section 2. That the establishment of any cerneteries in addition to the <br />two already established in said Village, will become a nuisance and detri- <br />mental to the public health, welfare and safety oi said Village. <br />Section 3. 'I'hat any violation of this ordinance shall be deer:led a mis- <br />demeanor, punishable by a fine of not less tnan Fifty (00.00) Ibllars <br />or more lhan Five iiundred $50UPO0) Doll.ars. <br />Section 4. anould any vart or section of this ordinance be declared <br />unconstitutional, or contrary to lativ, any other parts or sections shall <br />remain in full f'orce and effect. <br />Section 5, This or•dinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the preservation of the public healtn, peace and safety, and <br />to prevent the establishment of cerneteries, which may become a nuisa,nce, <br />in the Village of Ivorth Clmsted, Ohio. <br />PASSED: March 4th, 1930. <br />ATTFST: E.
