'1'his ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the preservation of the public welfare, peace and safety, and <br />to imii;ediately prozride proper and sufficient sewer outlet for the Village of <br />North Ulmsted, Ohio, and to furnish sufficient and proper fire protection <br />to the residents of the territory proposed to be at7nexed. <br />Passed: February 18th, 1930 <br />Attest: L. 1E.
