That the annexation of the following described territory to the Village of North Olmsted be and the same is hereby authorized: Being part of Olmsted 'I'ownship and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point in the northerly line of Lot No. 25 of Original Olmsted 'iownship, said point being the north- easterly corner of a pa,rcel of land conveyed to Dietrich Van Kamp by deed dated llecember 29th, 1900; thence in a southerly direction alon.g. the easterly line of land so conveyed to Dietrich Van Kamp, to an intersection 1aith the center line of John itoad; thence in a southeasterly directiozl along said center line to John 1?.oad a dis- tance of 1358.43 feet wre or less to an angle; thence conuinuing in a southeasterly direction along said center line of John Road a distance of 2045.67 feet more or less to an aazole, said angle point being in the southerly line of Lot Pdo. 26 or Original Olmsted Town- ship; thence in an easterly direction continuino along said center line of John itoad, said center line of John Aoad also being the southerly oine of Lot Tvo. 26 or Original Olmsted `Pownship, a distance of 1940 f eet more or less to an intersection with the center line of Columbia ftoad; thence in an easterly direction along said southerly line of I,ot ivo. 26 and the southerly line of' Lot No. - 93 0f Original Olmsted To•:;nship to the center line o.f the west branch of rtocky liiver; thence in a northerly direction along said center line of ttocky i?iver to an intersection with the southerly line of North Olmsted Village; thence in a westerl,y dirsction along the southerly lLne of North Olmsted uilla;e, said sautherly line also being the northerly line of Lot No. ? of Ori>,inal Olmsted Township, to the northwesterly corner of ?.iid t IJo. 32; tnence in a southerly direction along the west- erly line of said Lot No. 32, said line also beino the easterly line oi North Olmsted Village to the southeasterly corner of Lot idoo 27 of Original Olmsted `l'oi,mship; thence in a westerly direction %long southerly line of said Lot No. 27 and the southerly line of Lot No. 24 of Uriginal Olmsted Township, said lot lines also being ttie south- er7.y line oi North Olmsted Villa? e to the p1ace of beginning. '1'his ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public welfare, peace and safety, and to imii;ediately prozride proper and sufficient sewer outlet for the Village of North Ulmsted, Ohio, and to furnish sufficient and proper fire protection to the residents of the territory proposed to be at7nexed.
