That pedestrians, drivers and operators of all vehicles, <br />includznrP street cars, must at all :LArnes comply with the directions <br />of the police department in corlnection with the movinF of traffic. <br />Such direction may be by voice, hand, semaphore sign, traffic light <br />or other mechanical device. <br />Section 2. Any person violating this ordinance shall be deemed <br />Ruilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than rive ('?5.00) Dollars <br />and not more than Fifty (450.00) iloLarso <br />Section 3. That Ordinance Ivo. 272 and any other ordinance or parts <br />or orciinances in conllict or inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. <br />Section 4.
