<br />The Mayor recommended the adoption of a resolution memoralizing the Congress

<br />The Clerk read a comaaa€rication from Ostendcrf-Morrie Co. (representatives of
<br />the Catholic Diocese) pertai*+~ to land owned by the Diocese adjacent to Libby
<br />L$e and the proposed Varady subdivision.
<br />Resolution No. 3195 Was introduced by Mr. C~hrist~-. A resolution accepting for
<br />dedicat3.on Ohested Colsny Subdivisions Ho. 1-2 and 3, subject to the retention
<br />of the sid~rwalk bond heretofore deposited on Subd3.vision No. 3, and declaring an
<br />emergency. It xaa moved by Mr. Christman seebaded by Mr. Mar~aai, that the
<br />statutory tale be suspended and the resolution be read imaediately the second
<br />and third times and pat on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
