Hazelton, President of Council, <br />J. Hinkel, E. Hixson, Ivlrs. Lynch, Bruce MacDonald, J. T,~'ilson, and E. M. <br />Christman, Clerk. <br />Ordinance No. 2616 was given its second reading. <br />Ordinance No. 2619 was introduced <br />the office of Safety Director, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. O'Neill is now present. <br />by Mr. Hixson. An ordinance creating <br />providing compensation therefor and <br />It was moved by Mr. Hinkel, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that the rules be sus- <br />pended and that Ordinance ~To. 2616 be given its third reading. "Yeas" <br />Hinkel, Hixson, Lynch, IJIacDonald, O'Neill, Tdilson. Therefore, the ordinance <br />was read the third time and it was moved by Mr. ~^lilson, seconded by Mr. Hixsor.~, <br />that the ordinance be adopted as read. "Yeas" Hinkel, Hixson, Lynch, MacDonald, <br />O'Neill, Wilson. <br />It was moved b~~ Mr. Hinkel, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that the statutory rule <br />be suspended and ordinance No. 2619 be read the second and third times and <br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: <br />"Yeas" Hinkel, Hixson, Lynch, O'Neill, tidilson. "Nay" MacDonald.
