Gareau, Mayor; Bruce MacDonald, President of Council; Nenr,, <br />Caster, Ralph Christman, Jar,es Leonard, Dewey Limpert:, A.L. Mangani, Liiliar: <br />Nicholas, Francis J. 0'Neii? <br />Also present were George Schaafiy Law Director and Louise Hali, Clerk <br />advising <br />The Clerk read a letter firom the City Enginee:r/that t:he petitian for a starrr! sewer <br />in Decker Road from Southern Avenue north to the. County Drainage Ditch is sufficierJ <br />9.3i fe-_. <br />The petition contains 1054.44 teet of frontaqe signed; tatal frontaqe is l.70 <br />60% required is 1025.58 feet <br />Resolution No. 62-53 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A re.solution declariny the <br />necessity of improving Decker Road from the Southerly line of sublot 396 southerly <br />to Southern Avenue by constructina therein a storm sewer, and declaring an emerqen(r. <br />It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr, 0'Neill, that the statutary ruie be <br />suspended and the resolutian be read immediai:ely the second and third times ancl <br />put on its passage.
