<br />Present: Present Pro Tern Virginia Hodgins, Councilmen Caster, Eian,
<br />Mitler, Prokasy, West. '
<br />Also Present: Mayor Ralph Christman, Finance Director William Gerlach,
<br />Safety-Service Director Limpert, Law Director J. Bruce Kitchen,
<br />City Engineer Frank Dutton and Clerk of Council Florence Holm.
<br />Absent: President of Council Francis J. 0'Neill, Councilman Limpert.
<br />In the absence of President of Council 0'Neill, PresCdent Pro Te?n Hodgins
<br />presided.
<br />All Councilmen present acknowledged receipt of notice for this special
<br />meeting.
<br />Resolution No. 68-59 Was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution amending
<br />Resolution No. 68-45, enacted March lg, 1968, and entitled, "A Resolu-
<br />tion authorizing the Mayor to act for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, in
<br />an application and other necessary matters for a Federal Grant under Pub-
<br />lic Law 660 in connection with irnprovements and additions to the Sanitary
<br />Sewerage System, and declaring an ernergency," and declaring an ernergency.
<br />Mr. West then moved for the suspension of the rule requiring three
<br />separate readings, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote was Caster,
<br />Eian, Hodgins, Miller, Prokasy, West. Mr. West then moved for adoption
<br />of the Resolution, seconded by Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote was Caster,
<br />Eian, Hodgins, Miller, Prokasy, West.
<br />Mr. Prokasy moved that Council excuse the absence of Messrs. 0'Neill and
<br />Limpert, seconded by Mr. Caster. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Miller,
<br />Prokasy, West.
<br />Mr. West then moved that meeting be adjourned, seconded by Mr. Miller.
<br />"Yeas" Caster, Eian, Hodgins, Miller, Prokasy, West. Meeting adjourned
<br />to the call of the Clerk at 8:15 p.m.
