<br />Mrs. Hodgins, Chairman of Pubric Service and Utilities Committee, reported

<br />Mr. Caster, Chairman of Mun+cipal Leveiopment Committee9 reported on their
<br />meeting of March 12th. They discussed the sanitary sewer assessment for
<br />next phase, but did not come to arry conc 1 us i on o 3"he Mayor has arranged a
<br />meeting with Floyd--Browne in the offices of 5quice9 Sanders U Dempsey or
<br />1'hursday, March 28th, at 10 avm. Safety-Seruice Di rector Del Limpert,
<br />Finance Director Bill Gerlach9 City Engineer Frank Dutton, Counc.ilmen

<br />Mro Miller, chairman of the Lzgisiative Committee, saad this comrnittee had
<br />met on March 12th with City Engiraeer Dutton and Law Director Bruce Kitchen.
<br />The comrnitzee wishes to amend Ordinance 68-37< T'his comrnittee will meet on
<br />March 28th at 8000 p.me

<br />mittee iiould meet March 25th at 9°00 pom. They would like to have Safety-

<br />Muni ci pal Develdpment Commi ttee on hlareh 12th; also meeti ng wi th Recreation
<br />Commission and Ree,reation Committee to discuss buciget,
<br />Mro Prokasya Chairman cf the Des+gn and Piaxting Committee, said that the
<br />Planning Commissiary in a letter of March 14, 1968s had requested a 30-day
<br />extension from Councel on the Saks arad Goldberg Rezor,ing request in order
<br />' that revised plans may be submitted. Design and Platting Committee recom-
