SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL

<br />Present: Mayor Ralph E. Christman; President of Council Francis J. 0'Neill,
<br />Councilmen Henry Caster, Carroll Eian, Jack Foltz, Virginia Hodgins,
<br />Dewey Limpert, Alex Manqani, John West.
<br />Also present: Director of Law J. Bruce Kitchen; Director of Finance W. L.
<br />Gerlach; Safety-Service Director D. E. Limpert; City Engineer
<br />Frank Dutton, Clerk of Council Margaret West.
<br />The meeting was called to order at 9:12 P.M. and roll was called.
<br />Resolution No. 67-35 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A Resolution appointing
<br />an assessment equali2ation board to hear objections relative to the improve-
<br />ment of Great Northern Boulevard by installing storm and sanitary sewers,
<br />water main, sewer and water curb connections, together with all necessary ap-
<br />purtenances thereto, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster moved for
<br />suspension of the rule requirin$ three separate readings, seconded by
<br />Mr. Man.gani. Affirmative vots.was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />ivangani, West. Mr. Caster then moved for adaption, seconded by Mr. Mangani.
<br />Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Resolution No. 67-37 was introduced hy Mr. Caster. A Resolutian appointing
<br />an assessment equalization board to hear objections relative to the improve-
<br />ment of Great Northern Boulevard by gr.ading, draining, curbing and paving
<br />with concrete, together with all necessary appurtenances thereto, and declar-
<br />ing an emergencv. Mr. Caster moved for suspension of the rule requiring three
<br />separate readings, seconded by Mr. Manqani. Affix°mative vote was Caster, Eian,
<br />Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Caster then moved for adoption,
<br />seconded bv Mr. Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Fo1tz, Hodgins,
<br />Lim, ert, Mangani, [aest.
<br />Mangani moved for adjournment, seconded by Mr. Caster. "Yeas" Caster,
<br />Fian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West.
