<br />Council minutes of Ap,rii 15th were approved as corrected: the last word, first
<br />line, on page 2, "t.ammittee" was changed to "planning Commission."
<br />The minutes ot the Specia3. Meeting of vcuncil of Anri1 21st were approved as
<br />written,
<br />The Mayor said the suit fi"led against the City of North Olmsted for permanent
<br />injunction against sewer instaYlation was dismissed by judge in Common Pleas
<br />Court. Mayor Christman procTaimed week of May 4th to 11th American Foreign
<br />Student Week in NorLh Olmsted, and alao mentioned that June 7th coill be All
<br />Scout Day.
<br />Mrse Hodgins, Chairman Liquor ContYol and Public Service & Utilities Com-
<br />mittee, said Liquor Concrol Gommictee had met April 22nd to review the
<br />three applications received lately: Bunnys' Lounge, Inc., dba Olmsted:
<br />Heidi Homes, Inc,, dba Columbia Terrace Motor Inn; Ludwig's Drive-In, Inc
<br />dba Carriage Manor. C;ommitLee abjects ta Lud,7ig's Drive-In only, because
<br />the Clague Road United Churcrr of Christ is within 500'. This property is
<br />also under consideration by Planning Commission for an oil company.
<br />Mr. Caster, Chairman af AppoinLments, Industrial Development and Municipal
<br />Development committees, said Municipal Development Committee had met on
<br />April 29th- fihey discussed tencative plans for State 252 routing as to the
<br />access points available between Butternut and Brookpark limited access area,
<br />Committee will Lry co make recommendatlons to State. Discussed it wit.h one
<br />of the property owners. ThE tuil committee, with the Mayor, wi11 meet to fur-
<br />ther discuss situation on Mdy 13th at 8:30 p.m,
<br />This committee alsa discussed the st,rm sewer in conjunction with the sanitary
<br />sewer contract as to replacement ct 5" storm tile (8700') on Porter Road, Com-
<br />mittee recommends that the C'ity purchase and install the tile itself. They have
<br />estimate of the cost of macerial and now need an estimate of" cost of City labor
<br />before making final recommendacion.
<br />Mr. Caster said Lhe Br•ookins propercy on Columbia Road paid $99.00 for a ser-
<br />vice connection which they cannat use, and they should be reimbursed since this
<br />is the case. This recommendation shauld actually be made through the Finance
<br />Committee.
