Understaunds there is a hsaring on this February 22, 1971, at <br />which tinme the C3tq will answer. <br />Service Directar Henry Caster reparted the follawing: 1) received bids on <br />the Iugger for the Treatment Plant; had three respansive bids out af five, <br />and at this point there is no apparent low bidder. Bids have beean partisllq <br />eva2uated and after fw].lq eval.uated will go to the Board of Coatrol; 2) re - <br />Drivers Safety Aaward Banquet on Febsuary 27, 1971: in receipt of lettsr fram <br />Kple Agencp to ft. Earl Weldoa, Superi.atendent of bus liae, wherein? Mr. Ky1e <br />stated he !.s looking forward to the Seventh Annval Safetq Award Banquet and <br />realiaaa hcw fmportant it has teeame, due to the succees of the grogzm aver <br />the years.
