O'Neill, Councilmen Boeheaer, Gie~ser, Lie:pert, <br />Frokasy, Beringer, Spaedling, West. <br />Also present: Mayor Ralph Christeuua, Law Diractar J. Bruce ~Citchen, Service <br />Director Henry Caster, Finance Director Wil~aa Gerlach, Asst. City <br />Engineer David i~Daras:tt, Clerk of Council Nora Hill. <br />feting was called to order by President O'Neill at 8:00 P.M. <br />Minutes of Council Meeting of Septe~er 18, 1973, were approved as read. <br />Mayor Christeuat reported following: 1) requests Council approval of appa~tarent <br />of ~. Dennis Tischlar to Planing Cession to serve une~tpirad tex'ot of Mr. <br />Williem Tubbs which tern e~cpises 12/3I/77. Council in receipt of see of Mr. <br />Tischler; <br />2) received coseaunication free Senator Paul Matia that S.B. 47, white ha spt~sored, <br />beca~ae effective Septesbar 24, 1973. Podolia sad Mr. Johnstone plan to attend; <br />7) regeieats Council's consideration and possibly legislation for nest C+aua-e#1 <br />Meeting to advertise for bids of a private telephone caegrany for installing equip- <br />ment in near Police Station. This far caeeparative prices; <br />8) was requested by Council to investigate the possibility of establislueeat of a <br />Departaeeott for Elderly . Talked with Mrs . Betty Clausen who is in claats^He of Beeticrr <br />Prograa in Farm Heigtets area and wan referred to Mrs. Jane Raicleheld, hires user <br />RSVP Grant of Mhich I4orth O2asted is an area involved in the Grant. -e to sset <br />with Mrs. Reideheld this week. When answer is <br />received will schedule a seating date with Transportaticxe Cotiieei.ttee; <br />
