Sill. <br />Meeting was called to order by President O'Neill at 8:04 P.M. <br />Minutes of Council Meeting of September 4, 1973, were approved as read. <br />Mayor Christeeate reported following: 1) in receipt of letter from Arthur A. Reiter, <br />Director of Public Safety-Service of the City of Rocky River, th the 4Yty <br />for the excellent service rendered by the forth Olmsted F1re Dept to lie <br />Rocky River Fireeeen on the night of the Ai.-Rise firs. No. T3~•.1~0 <br />would repeal Ord. No. 73-133. Was unfa~tliar with the fact that six affirwati~re <br />voters are needed until saws was pointed out. Would like to reccrieiend Ord. No. 73- <br />120 be gassed on emergency also. <br />Service Director Caster reported follawiag: 1) requests a meeting with appropriate <br />Comwittee of Council to review a propasal for a mulching progress. Suggests the <br />City owed property on Barton and Bradley Roads be used for this purposes. Theme is <br />a high area that could be used for mulling leaves, grass clippies and p~ibly <br />digested sludge in liquid fore. Have d+acusssd pasueibility of cooperating with <br />City of Fairview Park in this veseture.
