A Resolution authorising the Director of Public Service to a~rsrtse far bids for tao (2) packer tsucts, two (2) tractors, one (1) strut sweeper, taro (3) mowers, ane (1) aerial service truck, two (2) leaf collecting atchissu, tsro (2) 1-1/2 toe trucks, one (1) 2-1/2 teas truck, oar (1) 4 tan tsucclt, sae (1) front end loader, one (1) portable asphalt storage unit, at a total cost rat to esceed two Simdred Thou~eaad Dollars ($ZOU, t?00) for use by the Borth Olaes ted Bernice Department, sad suthorising the Mayor to contract far score. Ordinance No. 73-104 was introduced by Mr. Hoeborer Bad given its first ruAaa. An Ordinance trawferring appropristioas and maki~ sddtional approp7cistioas for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio for the year ending December 31, 1973. Resolution No. 73-105 was introduced bq Mr. Giesler sad givreu its first reading. A Resolution authorising the Mayor to loin the City of North Ohrl~t/td with other municipalities in certain litigation pending in the United States District Court, 1Wrthern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, involving the rift of a memicipality to determine the need for subsidised low-z~et public housis~, and authorising the Cuyahoga Couty ors and City Managers Association to coordinate funds therefor, And declaring an es+argency. Resolution No. 73-lOb was introduced by Mrs. Saringer anal given its first reading. A Resolution authorising the Mayor to sign an agreaaent between Spsrtico DiBeaedatto and Das-iTaace And the Citq of North OLeted wherein the City of North OLstad agrees to accept the sanitary sewage froor a proposed devalapwent of Spartico DiBettsedetto and Dan Vance, and declaring as esergency.
