Bruce Ritc~en, Finance Director William Gerlach, City <br />$ngineer Michael Rarhan, Clerk of Council Nora Hill. <br />Absent: Counciloran James Fmkasy. <br />President O'Neill stated ttur first portion of this meeting is a Fublic Heating <br />on the tentative budget for 19T4-. He asked for any coasts re~trding tie <br />budget for 1974f either pro ax con. There being no cAemsnta Fresd+aat 8'Nei11 <br />declared that portion of meeting adjourned and proceeded into Co~cil 1~lseting. <br />Meeting was called to order by President O'Neill at 8:02 P.M. <br />Minutes of Council Meeting of June 19, 1973, were appro~*ed as read. <br />Mayor Christman reported following; 1) in receipt of letter from Marth C?~rtasd <br />Cos~atinitY Coil stating they worse the investigation of the ps~ble fra- <br />tion of a Department for the elderly in North Olmsted; 2) s+ubeittxtg for <br />Council apgroval the ~T~ointment of Mr. Fred Lima to the Recreatietm Ccrrs~ssion, <br />filling the uneapired term of Mr. Joe Roliclc which tersi:atates on 12131/7'3. <br />Council in receipt of resume of Mr. Lima. <br />Service Director Caster reported following: l) Studp of pilot pto~ram oa <br />the recycling is available and in final form for any cotmcit asgr ash <br />a copy; 2) was Questioned by Mr. Boehaer on chipper and pile of b at rear <br />end of park: In nor way ,can the Service Dept. keep up with the lo~1d tha~r are <br />Puking up at this time of the year.
