<br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
<br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OL'~TED
<br />JANUARY 8, 1974
<br />Present: President Francis J. O'Neill, Councilmen Giesser, Goggin, Limpert,
<br />Saringer, Sharpe, taTest, t~711amosky.
<br />Also present: Mayor Ralph Christman, Law Dixector Michael Gareau, Service
<br />Director Henry Caster, Clerk of Council Nora Hill.
<br />Meeting was called to order by President O'Neill at 7:30 P.M.
<br />LEGISLATION:
<br />Ordinance No. 74-8 was introduced by Mrs. Saringer. An Ordinance amending.
<br />Section 303.99 entitled "Penalties" of Chapter 303; Section 351.99 entitled
<br />"Penalties" of Chapter 351; Section 353.99 entitled "Penalties" of Chapter
<br />353; Section 373.99 entitled °'Penalties" of Chapter 373; Section 375.99 enti-
<br />tled "Penalties" of Chapter 3Y5, and Section 377.99 entitled "Penalties" of
<br />Chapter 377 of the Traffic Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of
<br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved fox suspension
<br />of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. tdest. Affirmative
<br />vote: Giesser, Coggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, trlilamosky. Mrs.
<br />Saringer moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Giesser,
<br />Coggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamasky. Motion carried. Ord. No.
<br />74-8 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 74-9 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky. An Ordinance amending
<br />Section 333.07 entitled "Peeling Tires and Noisy Exhaust; Penalty" of Chapter
<br />333 of the Traffic Code of the City of North Olmsted and enacting a new section
<br />333.99 entitled "Penalty", and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for
<br />suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mra. Sharpe.
<br />Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, Went, Wilanosky.
<br />Mr. Wi~amosky moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote:
<br />Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried.
<br />Ord. No. 74-9 adopted.
<br />Mr. West moved for ad3ournment, seconded by Mr. Giesser. Affirmative vote:
<br />Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion. carried.
