<br />Mr. West maned that Council approve the Operating Agreement betea~ea,li.T.A. and
<br />the City of North Olmsted, dated +~tc,tr 5, 1975, sad authrit~a ttee tatyor to
<br />approve, seconded by Mr. Li~ert. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Coggin, Lmpert,
<br />Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Mc~tfou carried.

<br />the complement of the Recreation Center, affixing the compenetaton tv be paid

<br />Ordistaace establishing the colemant of the Recreation Canter affixing the
<br />compensation to be paid the Members of the staff therefore, sad declaring an
