<br />Present: President Franck J. O'Neill, Councilmen Giesser, Goggitr, Limpert,,-
<br />Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilaaosky.
<br />Also present: Mayor Ralph Christman, Last Director Michael Gareau, Finance
<br />Director William Gerlach, Service Director Henry Caster, Clerk of
<br />Council Nora Hill.
<br />Special Meeting of Council was called to order by President O'Neill at 8:15 P.M.
<br />Finance Director Gerlach gave a resuase of fro bids received in connection with
<br />Resolution No. 75-58.
<br />LEGISLATION:
<br />Resolution No. 75-58 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. A Resolution awarding two
<br />issues of sanitary sewer improvement bends and Service Degartm+estt equipment
<br />bonds, and declaring an emaarg+s~ay. Mr. Lim~+ert moved for suap~tsion of rule
<br />requiring three separate readings, Seconded by Mr. Went. Affirmative vote:
<br />Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wiiamosky. Mr. Lampert moved
<br />for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Lampert,
<br />Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 75-58 adopted.
<br />Mr. West moved for adjournment, seconded by Mr. Giesser. Affirmative vote:
<br />Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried.
<br />Meeting adjourned to the call of the Clerk at $:17 P.M.
