<br />President Limpert explained purpose of Special Council Meeting.
<br />Mr. Wilamoaky moved Council approve and euthoxize the purchase of tit front end
<br />loader as provided for in Ord. Na. 77-26, seconded by Mr. Walt. Affirmative vote:
<br />Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilmersky. Motion carried.
<br />LEGISLATION:
<br />Ordinance No. 77-91 introduced by Mr. Wlamosky wain given its second reading.
<br />An Ordinance to•make appropriations for c#snt axpensaa and other. expenditures
<br />for the City of North.4lmated, Ohio, for tare year ending December 31, 1977.
<br />Mr. Wilamosky moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate
<br />in connection with Ordinance No. 77-92, seconded hq Mr. Boehmer, Affirmative
<br />vote: Beaty, Boehiaer, Fairfield, Beringer, Sharpe, Weak, Wila~aky. .Motion
<br />carried. Finance Director Gerlach farnishad Fiscal Officer's Certificate.
<br />Ordinance No. 77-92 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading.
<br />An Ordinance authorising the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance
<br />of bonds for the purpose of providing fins to purchase motorized vehicles and
<br />equipment for the Department of Public Service, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for auspeneion of rue requiring three separate readings,
<br />seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Beringer, Sharpe,
