<br />Special Meeting of Council was called to order by Presid~t Liffipert at 7:30 P. M.
<br />LEGISLATION:
<br />Ordinance No. 78-73 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its strand reading as
<br />amended. An Ordinance establishing an organizational chart for the Public Service
<br />and Properties Section of the P~lic Works Division of the Dsp+~rtments of Public
<br />Service of the City of North Olarsted, setting forth the perscel needsd and
<br />establishing the remuneration for certain employees of said section and repealing
<br />Ord. No. 77-104 enacted on July 5, 1977, and declaring an emergency, as amended.
<br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, seconded. by Mr. Boehmer. Affirestivt vats;
<br />Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Lotion carried. Ord. No.
<br />78-73 adopted.
<br />Resolution No. 78-90 introducsd by Hr. Wilasosky was given its second reading.
<br />A Resolution adopting the beet of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal
<br />year beginning January 1, 1979, and sub~eitting the same to the County Auditor
<br />and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. Wilamosky moved to reconsider Ord. No. 78-74, seconded by Mrs. Beringer.
<br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boeht~er, Logan, Saringer, Sharpe, W11am+oaky. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />Mr. Wilamosky taoved to amend Ord. No. 78-74, Section 5, in the area of the
<br />normal work week for regular full time foremen to read 40 hours instead of
<br />41 1/4 hrs, also deleting specific time of a normal work day. Motion seconded
<br />by Mr. Boeh~r. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Saringer, Sharpe,
<br />Wilamosky. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate
<br />readings, seconded by Mr. r. Affirmative- vote: Beaty, Berehmer, Logan,
<br />Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, seconded by Mr.
<br />Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boahmer, Logan, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky.
<br />Motion carried. Ord. No. 78-74 adopted.
<br />Mr, Boehmer moved to excuse absence of Mrs. Petrigac, seconded by Mrs. Sarin~r.
<br />Affirmative vote: Beaty,- Boe~neer, Lagoa, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried.
<br />Mr. Boehmer moved for adjouraaMent, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky. Affirmative vote:
