<br />OF THE CITY OP NORTFI OPTED, OHIO
<br />MAY 22, 1978
<br />Present: President Dewey Liapert, Councilmen Boehser, Logan, Petrigac, Beringer,
<br />Bharpe, Wilamosky.
<br />Also present: Mayor Robert S~-ietynioxski, Tasw Director Michael Gareau, Safety
<br />Director Eugene Petre, City Engineer Ronald Zurawski, Clerk of Council
<br />Nora Hill.
<br />Absent: Councilman Beaty.
<br />Special Feting of Council was called to order by President Limpert at 7:30 P.M.

<br />Resolution No. 78-55 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was gives its third reading.
<br />A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor to slake application to the
<br />Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners for approval to use Cuyahoga County
<br />Motor Vehicle $5.00 Licence Tax Funds far participation w3.th the County in the
<br />improvement of Mackenzie Road, as amended. Mrs. Beringer moved for ad~rptian,
<br />seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer,
<br />Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Res, No. 78-55 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 7$-67 introduced by Mrs.. Saringer was given its third reading.
<br />An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North O],msted to meter into
<br />an agreement with the Cuyahoga Gounty Board of Cos~atissioners for ~proval to
<br />use Cuyahoga County Motor Vehicle $5.00 License Tax Funds for participation
<br />with the County itt the improrsat of Mackenzie Road. Mrs. Sari~-ger s~oved far
<br />adoption, seconded by Mr. Wilasxs~ky. Affirmative vote: Boehaer, Logan, Petrigac,
<br />Beringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 78-67 adopted.
<br />Mrs. Saringer moved Council approve the following appointments to the Board of
<br />2aniag Appeals: Mr. Louis Horvath , term ending la/31/82; Mr. Earl DeVoto, term
<br />ending 12/31/79; Mr. Sohn D. Fairfield, term ending 12/31/80. Motion seconded by
<br />Mr. Wila~sky. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe,
<br />Wilamosky. Motion carried.
<br />Mrs. Petrigac moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Beaty, seconded by Mrs. Beringer.
<br />Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilg~rsky. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />Mrs. Saringer moved for adjournment, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky. Affirmative vote:
<br />Boehmer, Logger, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried.
