<br />Special Meeting of Council was called to order try President Limpert at 7:40 P.M.
<br />Mr. Wilamoskp, Chairman Finance Corarrttse, explained the additions]. changes to
<br />Ord. No. 78-~ which changes occurred in the Bus Fwd and Sewer Debt Feud.
<br />Mrs. ginger, Chairman Streets ~ Draie eo~t3,ttee, explained the addition of
<br />the list of attests to be rsanrfacsd t~-1a year to the approprlatioa ordinance.

<br />Ordinance No. 78-30 introduced by Mr. Wilamoaky was given its second reading as
<br />amended. An Ordinance to t~eka a~rprgpratioms for current sacpenses and at~r
<br />expenditures for the City of Nort& abed, Ohio, for the year ending Dece~er 31,
<br />1978, as arsded. Mr. Wil~osky moved Misr suspension of rule requiring three
<br />separate readings, seconded by Mrs. Saringer. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Bosbmer,
<br />Logan, Petrigac, Beringer, Sharpe, Wilaerr-sky. Mr. Wilamosky saved for aa~pton,
<br />seconded by Mrs. Saringer. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Saringer,
<br />Sharpe, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Petrigac. 6 Yeas - 1 Nay -Motion carried.
<br />Ord. No. 78-30 adopted.
<br />Mr. Wilssosky moved the Finance Director famish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in
<br />connection with Ord. No. 78-41, seconded by Mr. Logan. Affirmative vote: Beaty,
<br />Boehatier, Wigan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, WilamastCy. i~tion carried. Finance
<br />Director Brockman furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate.
<br />Ordinance No. 78-41 was introduced by Mr. Wlamoaky and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance authorising the issuance of $330,000 of bonds for the purpose of
<br />providing funds to purchase rriotoriaed vehicles and equipment for the Department
<br />of Public Service, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. Beaty moved Council approve the appointment of Mr. Richard Fiebig as Recreation
<br />Director, seconded by Mr. Logan. Affirmative vase: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan,
<br />Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried.
<br />Mr. Beaty moved Council approve the appointment of Mr. Warner Ohman to Planning
<br />Commission to fill uns~cpirsd term ending 12/31/79, seconded by Mr. Wlsky.
<br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Loga~t, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wila~sky.
<br />Motion carried.
