NOW, THEREFTC?RE, BE IT 0'HDAINED by the t;ouncil of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section l: Tha,t Section 1 of Ordinance 2516, entitled, "An Urcli.na.nce to Determi.ne Vacation Periods f'or OLficers and Regul,ax Members of the I+'ire Departnent" enacted Janua,ry 16, 1957, as amended by Section 1 of Urdi.nance 2634, enacterl Fe'aruary 49 1958, reading as follotrs: "Sectiun 1: That from and after the effective date o!= this ordinance, the officers and regular members of the Fire Depa.rt- nent of the City of T3orth f?lmsted, Ohio, shall be entitled to paid vacations under the conditions hereinafter set forth: Officers and regular members olf" the Fire Department of the City of iNorth 01msted, C?hiog upon completion of one yearts continuous service shall be entitled to two weeks paid vacation each year therewfter vntil completing the fi?"teenth year of continuous service in said Fire Departraent.
