<br />and State of Ohio:
<br />Section 1: That Section 3 of tlydinance 2214, enacted October 43, 1955,
<br />entitled.,"An Ordinance Determining Salaries, Wages and Bonds of Appointed Officis?ls
<br />and Employees of the City of North 07.msted" as amended by Ordinance 2273, enacted
<br />March 6, 1956; 0^dinance 2357,, enacted Angust 21, 1956; Ordinance 2509, enacted
<br />Jvly 15.9 19573 4rdinance 2534, snacted August 20, 1957; f?rdinsnee 2673., enaeted
<br />April 15., 1958; and 4rdinance 2791., enacted January 6., 1959, reading as fallows:
<br />t'Section 3: That beginning January 15, 1959, the salaxies of
<br />appoinfi,ed officials and smployees are hereby fiued and deterrnined
<br />to be as follows:

<br />Section 2s WHQREFORE, -this Ordinance is nereby declared to ba an emargency
<br />measure necessaYq for the immediate preservation of the general publicj, safety and
<br />welfare of the City of North Qlmsted, and sueh emergency exists by virtus of the
<br />necessity of making immediate provisions for an overall paproll increase f or all
<br />employees conforining to the general pay incroase granted by Council to said employees.
<br />. Section 3: ,vjEREFORE$ this Ordinance shall take immediate effeet from and
<br />after its passage, otherwise., at the eaxliest period allowed bg law.
