ORDINANCE N0. 2516. <br />BY: Mr. Decker. AN ORDINANCE TO DETERMINE VACATION PERIODS <br />FOR OFFICERS AND REGULAR MEMBERS OF THE <br />FIRE. DEPARTTT. <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to set up the vacation periods <br />for officers and .regular members of the Fire Department of the City of <br />m North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OhMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />5~ction 1. That from and after the effective date of this <br />ordinance the o~j'.~rs and regular members of the Fire Department of <br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, shall be given the following paid <br />vacations:. <br />Those with over one yeasts continuous service shall <br />receive two weeks paid vacation for each year of <br />service. <br />Those with fifteen years continuous service, or its <br />equivalent, shall receive three weeks paid vacation <br />each year. <br />The time of said vacations shall be determined by the <br />Chief of the Fire Department. <br />Section 2. That Section $ of Ordinance No..35$, passed <br />July 1, 19~~and any and all other ordinances, or parts of ordinances <br />in conflict or inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed, <br />Section 3.
