'' ~ / <br />.~ <br />AN ORr)INA~iCE TO ESTADLISI-'~ TI-?E PRICE OF THE <br />PAPER ~30IJ:~~~ COPIES OF THE CO?~IFIED OR~3INAi~TCES <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTEn, ANI) T)ECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the Council on December 19, 1961, <br />by Ordinance No. 61-216, adopted the Codified Ordinances of <br />the Lity of North Olmsted. in two editions, one loose leaf and <br />the other paper. hound; and <br />4~VIE~~AS, copies of the paper bound volumes <br />are available for distribution to interested parties and it <br />has become necessary that a price be established for said <br />paper bound copies; and <br />WHEREAS, Uouncil deems a. price of 1'en Dollars <br />($10.00) a copy to be fair and reasonable. <br />NOW, TtirkEI~ORE, ~3E IT OR?~AIivED by the Council <br />of the `amity of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l; That the Clerk of Council i_s hereby <br />at?thorized to issue paper bound copies of the Codified Jrdinances <br />of the City of North Olmsted to interested persons upon applica- <br />tion therefor at a charge of Ten Dollars 010.00) per cony. <br />Section 2: That nothing herein contained shall pre- <br />vent the issuance without charge of any editJon of said.
