WHEiZEAS, city officials and representatives of the bus drivers of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line have been negotiating the question of wages for approximately two months; and Wf-iE~tEAS, agreement was conditioned upon the fact that any increase granted to the bus drivers would be effective as of January 14, 1962; and WHE"SEAS, negotiations were concluded after- January 14, 1962. NO~+', T)IEREF~JRE, BE IT ORDAiNE?) by the Coi.ncil of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance 3122 enacted October 4, 1960, being an ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance 2930 enacted October 20, 1.859, being an ordinance amending Secti_or. 1 of Ordinance 2585 enacted November 6, 1957 amending Section. 1 of Ordinance 2194 enac~tt~d "August 16, 1955, entitled, "An Ordinance Fixing tine Compensation and Vacation Periods of the Bus Drivers of tre North Olmsted Municipal '3i~s Line and Providing for the Compensation of Employees of the Municipal Rus Garage and Certain Other Employees of the ~'lunicinal Bus Line beginning September 1, 1955" as Amended by Orr~inance 2376 enacted October 16, 1956, and Ordinance 2423 enacted ~~ January 1, 1957, reading as follows: "Section 1: 'T'hat beginning October 15, 1960, the com- pensation of the regular and extra bus drivers of the North Olmsted Municipal Coach.
