BE TT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATB ~OF OHIO: Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3117, enacted September 21, 1960, reading as follows: ?'Section lz That the Solicitor be authorized to employ a part-time secretary to assist in the typing of correspondence required by said office, and in the preparation of legislation. That the compensation of the part-time secretary assisting the Solicitor shall be, commencing October 1, 1960; at the rate of One Hundred Eighty- Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents C$187.50) per month from and after said date." be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1: That the Director of Law be authorized to employ a part-time secretary to assist in the typing of correspondence required by said office, and in the preparation of legislation. That the compensation of the part-time secretary assisting the Director of Law shall be, commencing January 1, 1962, at the rate of One Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents C$187.50) per month from and after said date. Section 2: That Section 2 of Ordinance 3117, enacted September 21, 1960, reading as followsz "Section 2: That the~Auditor be authorized and directed to pay to the part-time secretary employed by the Solicitor the sum of One Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents C$187.50) per month, commencing October 1, 1960, and each month thereafter the sum of One Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents C$187.50) per month." be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
