CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 62 - <br />BY: <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE AUDITOR OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />TO PAY TO THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, DURING THE YEAR <br />1962, ALL TAX MONEY DUE AND OWING SAID CITY FROM ANY <br />COLLECTION SOURCE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the County Auditor be and he is hereby <br />requested to pay to the City of North Olmsted, during the year 1962, <br />all tax money due and owing to said City from any and all tax collection <br />sources. <br />Section 2. That an attested copy of this resolution shall <br />be immediately forwarded to the County Auditor. <br />Section 3. That this resolution i~ hee4~by declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />public peace, health, safety and general welfare of the City of North <br />Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of the immediate necessity <br />of requesting payment to the City of North Olmsted of tax money belonging <br />to said City from any and all sources distributed by the County Auditor in <br />accordance to law, all for the immediate preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safety and general welfare of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 4.
