CITY OF NORTIi OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 71-154 <br />--j <br />. <br />,. <br />- , . <br />BY• <br />.?i : : •? ? ,?: -,. , .:...... <br />; A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NECESSITY OF INSTALLING A <br />SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION TO SERVE THE PREMISES ON <br />PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 232-28-001 IN THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED AND DECLARING A-N EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio: <br />Section l. That it is hereby declared necessary as a sanitary <br />regulation that a sanitary sewer connection be installed to serve the <br />premises at 4592 Silverdale Road, identified by the County Auditor's <br />tax map as Permanent Parcel No. 232-28-001. <br />` Section 2. fihat the owner of such parcel shall install such <br />sanitary sewer connectibn within a period of thirty days after service <br />of notice of the passage of this resolu-tion; and, if such installation <br />shall not be completed within such period of thirty days, then this <br />Council shall have the same done and the entire cost thereof shall be <br />assessed upon such property and made a lien thereon, to be collected in <br />the manner provided by law, with penalty and interest as provided bv <br />law. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of this Council is directed to cause <br />a written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served on the <br />owner of such property as required by law. <br />Section 4. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emer-oency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />public peace, health and safety by virtue of the need for the immediate <br />installation of such sanitary sewer connection is necessary to protect <br />the health of the inhabitants of this City, WHEREFORE, this Resolution <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, other- <br />wise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />..._ I <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
