CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. 70- /,?-?_/ <br />-, <br />By : <br />A RFSOLUTION DECLARING THE NECESSITY OF INSTALLING A <br />SANITARY SEWER CONPdECTION TO SERVE THE PREMISES ON <br />PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 232-2-11 IN THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of rdorth Olmsted, <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio: <br />Section l. That it is hereby declared necessary as a sanitary <br />regulation that a sanitary sewer connection be installed to serve the <br />premises at 4716 Lansing Drive identified by the County Auditor's tax <br />map as Permanent Parcel No. 232-2-11. <br />Section 2. That the owner of such parcel shall install such <br />sanitary sewer connection within a period of thirty days after service <br />of notice of the passage of this resolution; and, if such installation <br />shall not be completed within such period of thirty days, then this <br />Council shall have the same done and the entire cost thereof shall be <br />assessed upon such property and made a lien thereon, to be collected in <br />the manner provided by law, with penalty and interest as provided by <br />law. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of this Council is directed to cause <br />a written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served on the <br />owner of such property as required by law. <br />Section 4. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emer- <br />gency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health and safety by virtue of the need for the immediate installa- <br />tion of such sanitary sewer connection is necessary to protect the health <br />of the inhabitants of this city; wherefore, this resolution shall be in <br />full force and ef_fect from and immediately after its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. - <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST; ? <br />Nor,a T.
