CITY OF NORTH OLM-STED <br />RESOL(JTION NO . ??ajs- <br />BY <br />A REESOLUTIOPI APPOINTING AN ASSESSMENT EQUALIZ,4TION <br />BOARD TO HEAR OBJECTIONS RELATIVE TO THE IMFROVE- <br />MENT OF COLUMBIA RUAD AIM CERTAIN OTHER STREETS AND <br />PUBLIC EAS EMEPTTS BY CONSTRUCTING SANITARY SEW?;RS, <br />SEWER CURB CONNECTIONS AND NECESSARI' APPURTENANCES, <br />INCLUDING NLCESSARY STREET RESURFACING AND RESTORA- <br />TION OF DRAINAGE F'ACILITIES (CONTRACT N0. 15-ZONE 2)5 <br />AND DFCLlaRING AN aIERGP:NCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio: <br />SeCtion l; That P%?'essrs. A. Cont.e ? F. Biszantz <br />and D. Evans , three disinterested freeholders of said City <br />be and they are°hereby appointed to act as an Ass?ssment Equalization Board to <br />hear and determine all timely wri-t;ten objections to -Lhe estimated assessments <br />heretofore reported to this Council of the cost of improvin{; Columbia Road and <br />certain other streets and public easements between the termini set forth in <br />Resolution No, 69-177, adop;,ed October 21, 1969, (Sewer Contract No. 15-Zone 2) <br />by constructing sanitary sewers, sewer eurb connections and necessary appurtenances, <br />including necessary street resurfacing and restoration of drairlage facilities, <br />and to equalize the same as to them seems proper, in a,ccordance with law and with <br />said Resolution No. 69-177. <br />Section 2; The Board sha,11 first meet for the above purpose at the Council <br />Chambers in the City Hall on the 30th day of December ?1969 , at <br />8:00 o'clock p.m. and upon the completion of such equalization sha11 report <br />such equalized assessments to Council. <br />Section 3: This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, hea.lth and safe-ty <br />of said City, and for -uhe fur?her reason that the immediate construction of said <br />improvement is necessary to protect the health of the abutting owners and the <br />inhabitants of the City; wherefore, this resolution shall be in full force and <br />effect from and immediately after its passage and approval. <br />PA.SSED : <br />.- ?y----- ?------- <br />11TTEST <br />Florence Holm, Clerk of Council <br />,?j? 7 <br />APPROVED : / 7. 1! ` 6? <br />/ <br />W11.1, Christman, Mayor <br /> <br />Francis J. 0'Neill, es'dent of Council <br />I Q Si tA <br />1
