That it is necessary to improve the following streets and public <br />easements within the City of North Olmsted by constructing sanitary sewers, sewer <br />` curb connections and necessarv appurtenances, includinQ necessary street resurfac- <br />ing and restoration of drainage facilitiese <br />a. Columbia Road from Gessner Road southerly approximately <br />3014 feet to a point 180 feet north of Lorain Road; <br />b. In easements from a.point in Columbia Poad 525 feet north <br />of Lorain Road, southwesterly parallel to and 525 feet <br />north of Lorain Road a distance of 646 feet; <br />c. Gessner Road from Columbia Road easterly 553 feet; <br />d. Gessner Road from Taalter Road westerly 1359 feet; <br />'e. Evelyn Drive from Gessner Road southerly and westerly a <br />distance of 1120 feet; <br />f. Eleanor Drive from Gessner Road southerly 578 f.eet; <br />g. Columbia Road from Gessner Road northerly 320 feet; <br />h. Florence Avenue from Columbia Road easterly 990 feet; <br />i. Root Road from Lorain Road northerly 3441 feet to the <br />North Intercenting Sewer; <br />j. Duane Road from a point 150 feet east of Selhurst Road westerly <br />to an existing manhole a distance of 1310 feet; <br />k. Silverdale Road from Duane Road southerly 1659 feet; <br />l. Selhurst Road from Duane Road southerly 1630 feet; <br />. m. Kennedy Ridge Road beginning at an existing manhole 3390' west <br />of Columbia Road, thence easterlv a distance of 170'. <br />n. Butternut Ridge Road from an existing manhole at the intersection <br />of Kennedy Ridge Road and Butternut Ridge Road, easterly a dis- <br />tance of 270' . <br />Said sewers are of the sizes shoGm on the nlans nrepared by the City's Consulting <br />Engineers, hereinafter referred to. As part of this improvement, the North Inter- <br />cepting Sewer will be constructed from an existing manhole in Canterbury Road 180 <br />feet south of the north line of North Olmsted easterly in easements and City owned <br />pronerty a distance of 2772 feet to Columbia Road at Gessner Road, which intercept- <br />ing sewer will be paid for by the City and will not be assessed against the lots <br />and lands served thereby.
