CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. &J'" (01 <br />BY <br />? <br />AliESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ASSESSbSENT EQUALIZATION <br />BOARD TO IiEAR 0&TECTIONS RELATIVF: TO TI-LE IMPROVE- <br />MENT OF BRAI)LE^I ROAD AND CERTAIN OTHLR STREETS AND <br />PUBLTC EASr'24E:NTS BY CONSTRUCTING SAN.LTARY SE4dFR5, <br />SEWER CURB CONNCCTIONS AND NECESSARY APPURTENANCES, <br />AND DECLARING AN ENIEFiGEfiICY. <br />. BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio: SeCtion 1• That Fred Biszantz ? David Evans <br />and A1 Conte , three disinterested freeholders of said City <br />be and they are hereby appointed to act as an Assessment Equalization Board to <br />hear and determine all timely written objections to the estima.ted assessments <br />heretofore reported to this Council'of the cost of improving Bradley Road and <br />certain other streets and public easements between the termini set forth in <br />Resolution No. 69-14, adopted Febrvary 4, 1969, (Sewer Contract No. 16) by <br />constructing sanitary sewers, sewer curb connections and necessaxy appur'tenances, <br />including necessary street resurfacing and restoration of drainage facilities, <br />and to equalize the same as to them seems proper, in accordance with law and with <br />said Resolution No. 69-14. <br />Section 2: The Board shall first meet for the above purpose at the Council <br />Chambers in the City Hall on the 26th day of June, 1969, at 8:00 <br />o'clock p.m. and upon the completion of such equalization shall report such <br />equalized assessments to Council. <br />Section 3: This resolution is hereby decl.ared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety <br />of said City, and for the further reason that the immediate construction of said <br />improvement is necessary to protect the health of the abutting owners and the <br />inhabitants of the City; wherefore, this resolution shall be in full force and <br />effect frcen and immediately after its passage and approval. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />ranci S .'r. o'Neil . resi <br />r <br />OL1T1C <br />APPROVED : 4117/G 9 <br />? ? • <br />Ralpn .
