t <br />Z <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLVTIONc., 14O. 69-411 <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING OLMSTED <br />PLAZA SUBDIVISION FOR RECORD <br />, PURPOSES ONLY, AND DE'CLARIIVG <br />AN EMERGENCYo <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Olmsted Plaza subdivision has hereto- <br />fore been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred <br />to Council ; and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains two ( 2) sublots and no <br />streets ; and , <br />. <br />W:HEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City £ngineer as <br />being in conformance to the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFOU, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, Stateof Ohio: <br />• Section l. That this Council having been advised of the approval of <br />the Planning Commission of the plat of Olmsted Plaza Subdivision , and having <br />been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the reso- <br />lutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said <br />plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />safety, health and welfare of the City by virtue of the necessity that the <br />development of the City proceed in an orderly manner as rapidly as possibleo <br />WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage,otherwise, at the earliest period permitted by law. <br />PASSED: lw <br />? <br />ATTEST: <br />? <br />Fiorence Holm, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: 3AY/G .3;7 <br />Ralp E.
