CITY OF NORTH OLM STED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 66- // <br />i ? <br />BY %' , 'C ;Wt/ <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSED SANITARY <br />TRUNK GRAVITY MAIN PART OF THE IMPROVEMENT <br />PLANS FOR SANDY RIDGE SUBDIVISION NO. 2, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has heretofore reviewed and <br />approved proposed Sanitary Trunk Gravity Main part of the improvement plans <br />? for Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 2 and the Engineer has advised this Council <br />that said plans meet the requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Council of North Olmsted does hereby approve <br />the proposed sanitary trunk gravity main part of the improvements plans for <br />Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 2, and finds that said part of the improvement <br />plans meet the requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />Section 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the public peace, safety and welfare by <br />virtue of the immediate necessity of approving the within proposed sanitary <br />trunk gravity main part of the improvement plans so that the orderly development <br />of the City may proceed as rapidly as possible.
