THEIW'ORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Couricil of the City of North Olmated, Ohio: 3ection l. That it is hereby declared neceseary to issue bonds of the City of North OLnsted, Ohio, in the principal amouut of $1,217,856 in anticipatian of the colleetion of Bpeeial asaessments heretoPcre levied to pay tha dsseesable portion of the cost of con- struating sanitary sewers in the several streeta described ia Ordinaace No. 62-5 passed January 2, 196e2 to authoMze the uotes hereiasbove recited and all comprised in Contracts 4, 4A, 5, 6 and 8 for the con- struction thereof• and fo xhich q? sesameIIts have be4 le ed by Ordinancea Nos. 64-274, ?-275, 64-276,64-277 snd 6?-27?a11 passed on November 17, 1964; and to retire outstending notes issued in anticipation thereof.
