<br />BE IT ORDAINED by tne Council of the City of North Olmsted, State
<br />of Ohio : .
<br />Section l: Ttiat Section 1 0f Ordinance Number 61-156, anacted
<br />Auguat 15, 1y61, being an ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinanca 61-110,
<br />enacted May 16, 1961, amending sub-section a arck sub-section b of Section
<br />3 of Ordinance 3159, enacted November 15, 1960.. entitled "An Ordinance
<br />Establiahing N.ates to be Chargerl t'or the servicea of the municipal aanitary
<br />sewerage system utility in the City of North Olmsted, ana repealing Ordinance
<br />2867, enacted June 25, 1959, reading as YolloWa:
<br />"Section 3:
<br />Sub-Saction a: For premises supplied by metered public
<br />water aupply, tne f'olloWing rates shall apply to be aomputed
<br />on the basis of water consumption as measured b,y such water
<br />meter, to-xit, $4.93 for the Yirst 1000 cubic feet or arYy
<br />portion thereof of water conaumed per quarter, and at the
<br />rate of t4.93 per each 1" cubic feet of water consumed
<br />tnereafter, but not lesa than $4.93 per quarter. 1n addition
<br />twreto there ahall be paid ,25 per billing :t'or eacri quarterlT
<br />billing made by the City ot' Clevelanci Water Department to the
<br />premises being supplied dy metered public water aupply. For
<br />late payment oeyona tne due date of said billings such ratea
<br />shall be increased .25 per quarter as a penalty for late
<br />pavment.
<br />Sub-Section b: For ore:nises supplied, other than by a
<br />metered public water supply, there shall be c:arged a i'lat
<br />rate of $5.92 per montri provided that i'or prompt payment of
<br />such billing, xhen due, by the City of North Olmsted, such
<br />rate ahall oe reduced to $5.63 per month."

<br />water supply, ttie following rates ahall aDply to be computed
<br />on the baaia of water consumption as measured by such water

<br />premises being aupplied by metered public water supply. For

<br />be a penalty of tvo per cent (2%) of tne amount of said bill
<br />as a penalty for late payment.
<br />. Sub-Section b: For premises supplied, other than by a
<br />metered public water aupply, there aha11 be c:iarged a flat
<br />rate oY $5.92 per month provided that f'or prompt payment of
<br />auch billing, xhen due, by the City of North Olmsted, such
<br />rate shall be reduoed to 35.63 per month."
