Resolution No.~~~ <br />A RESOLUTIt~T <br />DECLARING IT NECESSARY' TO IgP8~V8 SILVERDALE RQAD, F THE <br />NORTH LINE 4F StJBLaT 29 TO THE ESL OF THE STRRiBY CO~1STRtlCTINa <br />WATER MAID. <br />WI3EREAS oers~...oF:mo~'e~.tb-a~.~~ of the faot fr~ontag® <br />of property on Silverdale Road, from the N®rth line of Sublot 29 <br />to the end of the street, have petitioned in writing for the <br />improvement of said street by constructing therein a water line; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT RE80LVEL b y the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, three-fourths of all members elected <br />thereto concurring: <br />Section 1. That it is necessary to improve Silverdale <br />Road, from the north tin a of Sublot 29 to the end of the <br />street, bg constructing therein a water line in accordance <br />with the plans and specifications prepared by the Village <br />Engineer. <br />Section 2. That the grade of said street shall be <br />the grade sY~own on the plans and specifications for slid <br />improvement, which said grade and elevations are hereby con- <br />firmed and established as the grade of said street. <br />Section 3. That the plans, specifications, estimates <br />and profiles of the proposed improvement heretofore prepared <br />by the Village Engine®r and now filed in the office of the <br />Village Clerk be, and the same are hereby, approved. <br />Section 4. That the cost of said improvement shall <br />be assessed by the foot front upon the following described lots <br />and lands, to wit, all .lots and lands bounding and abutting <br />upon the proposed improv ement, which said lots and lands are <br />hereby determined to be speciltllg benefited bg said improvement; <br />and the cost of said improv ®ment shall include the expens ® of <br />preliminary and other surveys, of printing and publishing the <br />notices, resolutions and ordinances required, the serving of <br />said notices, the cost of construction, together with interest <br />on notes or bonds issued in anticipation of Collection of d®- <br />ferred assessments and all other necessary expenditures. <br />Section 5. That the assessments so to be levied <br />shall b® paid 3.n tan annual installments, with interest not to <br />exceed six per cent per annum on deferred payments, provided <br />that the owner of any property assessed may, at his Option, pay <br />such assessment in cash within thing days from and after the <br />passage of the assessing ordinance, in which case said assess- <br />ment shall not include any item of interest open notes or bonds <br />to be issued in anticipation of the collection of deferred <br />installments of assessments. <br />Section 6. That notes or bonds of the Village of <br />North Olmsted shall be issued in anticipation of the collection <br />of assessments by installments and 3xi an amount equal thereto. <br />Section 7.
