Resolution N o. <br />By Mr.,~ <br />A RESOLIITION <br />PROVID]~TG FOR THE EYPLt~~tT OF A BIIILDING INSPECTOR AND <br />AN ASSISTANT BUILDI~T G INSPECTOR . <br />BL IT RF,30I,VPD by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio; <br />Section 1. That from and after the effective <br />date of this rs~solution the Building Inspector and Assistant <br />Building Inspector shall be employed by Council and each <br />shall hold his office during the pleasure of the Council. <br />Section 2. The Council shall fix the compensa- <br />Lion of the Building Inspector and Assistant Building <br />Inspector at the time of employment. <br />Section 3. The Building Tnspeetor and Assistant <br />Building Inspector, each before assuming the duties of his <br />office shall execute a bond in the sum of 2500.00, with <br />sureties, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties <br />of his office, which bond shall be for the benefit of any and <br />ail parties aggrieved by the acts anal neglect of said Building <br />Inspector or Assistant Building Inspector. <br />Section 4. A11 ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />or resolutions inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. <br />Section 5.
