WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the_,City of North Olmsted, Ohio, tsa the Auditor of CuyaY~ga County, for the improvement of Marion Avenue, in the City of North Olsested, Ohio, by slagging and surface treating, and WHEREAS, Louise P. Scott has paid said assessments, together with interest thereon, on Sublet No. 10 on 1~arion Avenue, North 0]msted, Ohio Permat3ent No. 231-5-14 on the Auditorss records of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. NOW, TH~FORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OIMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be a nd is hereby authorized and directed to cancel all future assessments, be&'tnr~i.ng with the assess- m~ts for the year 1953 and continuing through 1959, certified and levied on Sublet No. 10 on Marion Avenue, forth 0]~eted, Ohic~e and further des- cribed on the Auditorss records as being Permanent No. 231-5-1.t~~ and xhich aasesssenta w~ers certified and levied for the imprnveaaent of 1!~arion Avenue try slagging anal sor!'ace treating.
