Doering has offered to sell to the Yillage <br />of Borth Olmsted, Ohia, a parcel of land adjacent to property being <br />acquired by the Yillage from Hugh F. Engler, and hereinafter further <br />described, and <br />WHEIiEH.S, said land is needed by the Yillage cf North <br />Olmsted to provide necessary space for the expansion of municipal <br />facilities. <br />NO~i THErt~`UFtE ~ BE IT ORDkI~IED BY ThE CGUIdCIL OF TFiE <br />YILL~.GE GF' ~IUHTI OUSTED, UflIO, that the offer of Roy A..'Doering <br />to sell to the Yillage of North Olmsted, Ghio, f'or the sum of <br />One Thousand Dollars 01000.00) the following described property <br />is hereby accepted: <br />"Situated in theVillage of North Olmsted, County <br />of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of <br />Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 21, Tract 6 bounded <br />and described as follows: <br />Beginning in the canter ofDover Center Road at <br />its point of intersection with the 8c-utherly line of, land <br />conveyed to Jennie E. Rice by Deed ~gcorded July 20, 1917 <br />in Volume 1968, Page 609 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />thence westerly along said Southerl~r line of land so <br />conveyed to Bennie E. Rice about 364.95 feet to the <br />Easterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to James T. <br />~iard by Deed recorded Dec®mber 10, 1936, in Volume 4669, <br />Page 347 of Cuyahoga County Records and the principal <br />place of beginning; thence Southerly along said Easterly <br />line of land so conveyed to said James T . @`Tard about 261.08 <br />feet to the Northerly line of a parcel of land conveyed <br />to Edward and Jennie Bulicek by Deed recorded June 14, 19Q6, <br />in Volume 3436, Page 406 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence <br />Easterly alor~ the Northerly line of land so conveyed to <br />Edward and Jennie B ulicek 100 feet to a point; thence Northerly <br />parallel with the Easterly line of land conveyed to James T. <br />V~ard as aforesaid, about 161 feet to the Southerly line of <br />land conveyed to Jennie E.
