That the assess~uent of the cost and expense of improving <br />Silverdale Road, fro~a the north line of Sublot No. 29 to the end of the <br />street, by the construction of a grater main, amounts in the aggregate <br />to X14,65©.00, as reported to this Council by the Village Engineer, <br />notice of the filing of ~rhich assessment has been given, as required <br />by lac, be and the same is hereby adopted and confirmed and that there <br />be and is hereby levied upon all of the lots and land bounding and <br />abutting upon Silverdale Road, from the north line of Sublot Ho. 29 to <br />the end of the street, the several amounts reported as ePoresaid, ~rhich <br />assessments, together Frith the descriptions of said lots and lands; are <br />now on file in the office of the Clerk of this Council, and which <br />assessments are at the rate of X3.619 per front foot and are not in <br />excess of the special benefits to said property. <br />Section 2. That the total assessments against each lot or parcel of <br />land shall be payable in cash within thirty days from and after the <br />passage of this ordinance, or at the toption of the o~rners, in ten <br />annual installments with interest at the same rate as shall be borne <br />by the bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection of the same. <br />All cash payments shall be made to the Treasurer of said Village. AiI <br />assessments and installments thereof remaining unpaid at the e~rpirat ion <br />of said thirty days shall be certified by the Clerk of this Council <br />to the County Auditor, as pro~rided by lair, to be by him placed on <br />the tax duplicate and collected as other taxes are collected. <br />Section 3.
