BE IT ORnAINEL? by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That Section 1133.14 of Ordinance No, 62-33 (the Zoning trdinance of the City of North Olmsted) how reading as follows: "1133.14 Finality of Board Order :~1t~v ruling, determination or order issued by the Board made pursuant to Sections 1133.11, 1133.12 or 1133.13 of the Zoning Code shall be final and not subject to further review, amendment, re- versal or modification thirty (30) days after the date thereof unless within said thirty (30) days Council by action as provided in this Chanter re- verses, amends, modifies or suspends said ruling, determination or order." be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 1133.14 Finality of Boa rd Order Any ruling, determination or order issued by the Roard made pursuant to Section 1133.13 hereof shall be final and not subject to further review, however, any ruling, determination or order a_ssued t~ursuant to Sections 1133.11 o:r 1133.12 hereof shall become final thirty (30) days after the date thereof unless within said thirty (30) days Council by action as provided in this Chapter reverses, amends, modifies or suspends said ruling, determination or order. Section 2: That present Section 1133.14 of Ordinance No. 62-33 be and the same is hereby repealed.
