CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 6 ~~ ~ <br />yip ~ .t <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. X231_2_86 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLAr~ ANd <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLIIatiNG AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, Archie Ferrence of 24417 Beech Lane <br />have paid the sum of $ 87.04 in payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 64 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 231-2-86 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years ig 64 through 1979, inclusive <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2; That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such asses}amt; <br />for the period ig 64 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to $ 87.04 on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3; That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohim. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtut of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No.231-2-86 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5; Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately fran <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED; ~/ <br />ATTEST: ~.l1 <br />1 <br />Louise Nall Clerk of Council Francis J.
