CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. GS ~~~ <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 232-31-17 x <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER LINE <br />AND OfCLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />• <br />• <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />Ctty of North Olmsted, Qhio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a water line. <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Starks <br />have paid the sum of $ 292.80 in payment <br />fOr the tax years 19 65 throuyh 19 72 , <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel <br />Olmsted. <br />of 4277 Canterbury Road <br />of said special assessments, in sii~NaAG~~ <br />inclusive, together with accrued lnttrq t <br />o. 232-31-17 i n the C i ty of Iiirarth <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County ba and ha is hereby <br />authorised and directed to cancel for the years 19 65 through 19 72, inclusive <br />•asessments in full for, construction of a water line. <br />Section 2; That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 19 65 throuyh 19 72 inclusive, amounting to <br />~ 292.80 on said parcel. <br />Section 3; That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to for~-ard <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of thenecessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 232-31-17 for construction of a water line. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: j <br />ATT EST: <br />l' <br />~. ~Z.i ate..-~...L.~..-~ <br />Francis J.
